Side Note is my podcast. Why a podcast? What goes into it?

When I thought about starting a show, I thought you just spoke into a microphone and hit ‘publish’. I was wrong. There is so much energy, coordination, and production that goes into a high-quality podcast (esp when you have high standards like me). It has been a journey in embracing imperfection, voice, visibility, and so much more. Here is the behind-the-scenes of the show before launch:
